“ Very nice atmosphere, quick and competent service. Very tasty and well presented food. The thin bread is amazing, nice salads and meat main dishes. ”
“ Tight service, but arrogant. Excellent atmosphere - the restaurant looks amazing and luxurious. I didn't like the pastas (simple and hard) but the pizza (white with truffles) and especially the salmon fish and the asian shrimps were excellent and soft. The truffle in the pasta and in the pizza is very light in taste, not dominant as I expected even tough it seems to have big chunks. Lechburg Riesling dry white wine from Romania - was great Edit: Second time in here and the waiters are still arrogant but also cynical and not informative and in a bad mood to serve. About the atmosphere, this time we sate outside near the lake and saw the sunset. Plenty of eczotic and luxorious cars in the parking lots. If you don't come in to the restaurant you are not allowed to enter the parking area to look. Zucchini Rissoto, mashed potatoes are excellent The shrimps (this time with oil and garlic) was good but worse than last time and it was cold. The Sicilian pasta "alla romana" was with almost none vegetables, only some eggplant cubes (that baked fantastic) and the pasta was a bit hard but still tasty in total with the souce, eggplant and the hard cheese. Davino Alba Valahica was excellent (white wine, Freteasca). ”

We arrived without a reservation (which I would definitely recommend making), and after two hours at our table we were kindly moved to the lounge. What could have felt like a downgrade turned out to be just as memorable: the head of service a man dressed impeccably, very much with the elegance of James Bond personally guided us there with such grace and attention that it felt like part of the experience. The waiters practice silver service, and the food is high quality and gourmet standard. Every dish we ordered was well presented and tasted delicious. We first sat outside and had a view of the Herastrau lake. It's beautiful, and the sitting area is large and spacious. We then went inside to dine, and that was very comfortable with a fabulous atmosphere. I would recommend this 5-star restaurant to anyone who would like to experience a fabulous evening out.
